Suspension of Sunday Services at KH

Following guidance from the Church of Scotland due to concerns about the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are sorry to announce that church services are suspended at Kelvinside Hillhead until further notice.

Some other churches may be continuing their worship live streams at this time and details of these can be found here.

We hold all of our elderly and/or vulnerable members of our church family and wider community in our hearts and prayers at this difficult time, as well as those of you who are worried for family and friends. If anyone has any need of pastoral support or has a question please contact our Session Clerk Eileen Bishop (0141 357 7477 / 07766663266)

Lent Bible Studies at Wellington Church, beginning Thursday 7th March

Roger Sturrock will be leading this year’s Lent Bible studies based on the film “The Greatest Showman”, the story of the great American showman Phineas Barnum.

The study booklet is entitled “From Now On” and deals with the great themes of hope and redemption.

The studies will begin with a showing of the film at 7.30pm in Wellington’s Woodlands Hall on Thursday 7th March followed by 5 studies in the Hall from 7.30-9.00 pm on Thursdays, 14th, 21st, 28th March and 4th, 11th April.

Coffee and tea, etc., will be available. Please make a note of these studies in your diaries and come along. Everyone is invited.
